With an early morning start in the Adelaide Central Markets we choose the fresh food and produce that we will use as part of Rosa Matto's cooking class. The market experience is an indepth “chefs eye view” of the markets, it's a serious foodies tour! The trip focuses on cultural diversity and explains how various waves of immigration have shaped our food culture. You get to buy the unfamiliar and cook with it. After returning to the cooking school and learning hands on "the way it is done" enjoy the fruits of your labor with a late lunch and wine chosen from small regional producers.
